("Privatization", Monopolized Media and the potential for a business coup d'etat)

The TV, the Radio, the Newspapers, are all owned by huge financial interests that value profit more than human life. The FCC is supposed to ensure that the airwaves are used to further the causes of the community, but that agency is in bed with the broadcasters. A Media that is now configured to support balance-sheets rather than people has an interest in prolonging war, delaying meaningful preparation for (or prevention of) environmental problems, and further restricting people's freedom here and abroad.

Break Up the Media Monopolies.

The government itself is increasingly staffed with people who at best deride it, and at worst are actively sabotaging and/or dismantling it. In its place will rise a feudal state. People in government who are complicit in this are violating their oaths of office.

Honor your Oath.

Those who hate freedom hate democracy. They spew anti-government messages until young, impressionable citizens become misled to the point where they do horrible things like what Timothy McVeigh did. When you hear commercial talk-radio and see commercial television today, increasingly there is a message of disrespect and disdain for congressional oversight and rule. There is continually the call to privatize government assets and activities. This is a seizure of control. The “Republican Party” (and to a somewhat lesser degree, the Democratic Party under the DLC) is GIVING AWAY this control.

Increase the size of Congress to its original intended size (1 rep per 30 thousand people). It hasn’t grown since 1913! Each congressman currently represents 660 Thousand people on average. This enables government by corruption, not by the people.

Now those who intend to destroy democracy are putting together their own armies. This poses a direct threat to the people of the United States of America. The wrongly named "Republican Party" (It is actually a Corporatist party) has it's own army in Blackwater and other firms like it. The stage is being set for a modern-day Munich Putsch. The Second Amendment of the Constitution calls for a "well – regulated militia, necessary to the security of a free state". Big Business is instead building a Praetorian Guard that poses a real threat to our freedom.

Put business armies under de-centralized, state or municipal control and limit their size.

America is a community of people. We manage our community through our constitutional federal, state and local governments. Don't let a bunch of rich crooks trick you into handing over the power that belongs to ALL of US.

If you let them, they will ENSLAVE or DESTROY you. Don’t Cower in Denial. Stand up to them like TRUE AMERICANS.

Tampa Police Harass me and Violate my Civil Rights on April 20, 2007

If anything weird happens to me.. Maybe it's because police in Tampa, Florida have Racketeering, Intimidation, and corrupt Organization priorities which they place higher than protecting the people of Tampa.

They helped take Kennedy out, you know.

Tampa Policeman Bercaw, unmarked car #272, pulled into a parking lot at 7:23pme on April 20th, 2007, where I sat waiting for a friend, who had left my vehicle one minute before (7:22pme).

Policeman Bercaw asked me what I was doing there, took my documents back to his car for a few minutes, returned and asked me to exit my vehicle (which I did). He then requested to search my vehicle (which I declined), and even asked to view the contents of a camera he saw in the vehicle(which I declined). He accused me of committing a crime, saying, "You can't fool me.. I know what you're doing here".

His physical demeanor demonstrated an un-natural nervousness. I found this disconcerting, as he probably outweighed me by 80 pounds and was armed with a taser and a pistol, along with who knows what else. After a few minutes he questioned my returned friends separately, telling them he had gotten a call saying I was committing a crime, alone in my vehicle. I noticed that his hand was noticeably close to his firearm when he interviewed my friends, a nice lady and her kid (the pictures are already all over the internet, guys).

Police reports show that a request for service was logged at 7:29pme. This was at or about the time the Policeman Bercaw said "activate arial" or something to that effect into his shoulder microphone while he spoke with me. This alleged request for service occurred six minutes after Policeman Bercaw asked me "What are you doing here?". Police report 224640.

After talking to us, Policeman Bercaw entered the venue for which the parking lot exists, and was seen by others there, behind the main counter examining records.

Where is the probable cause for all this? There was no service call to respond to. There were easily over a hundred people in that area parking or playing sports. Even if there had been a service call, it would have been regarding me sitting in my vehicle for no more than a minute, after having discharged three people, waiting for their return, in a parking lot among many other people in cars doing the same thing. Just in case you're curious, I was sitting perfectly still for that minute, until the Policeman's "Excuse me Sir" rousted me from my peace.

Is this a deliberate attempt to defame my character and attack my livelihood (I'm a writer and progressive political activist / speaker). Why did this Policeman Bercaw tell the public that I was committing a crime (my friends told me he had said that to him). Is this an attempt to put some bogus crap into the public record about me?

Why the 2 stripes (is that a detective).. why the unmarked car? Why such special treatment? Is this another one of those organized crime deals where the city is working with the mafia to steal from innocent people (www.tampasbackdoor.blogspot.com)? Is someone telling you guys to watch me for something? Maybe it's because my website is warning people of the onset of fascism in this country (the same thing that caused JFK's death). Knock it off. You're Americans, not Nazis. Dictatorship doesn't work, you know.

Why did Policeman Bercaw act in such an intimidating manner, visibly threatening citizens with physical violence and possibly performing police duties with impaired judgment?

Did you want to kill one of us?

Did you want to take away our freedom, or even our lives, maybe because we don't like the idea that some of you are destroying what used to be known as the "Land of the Free?"

Where is your fucking decency?

You need to check yourself, check the people you are working for, get help, and GET BETTER.

Demand Impeachment on April 28, 2007

Your acting President calls the United States constitution a "goddamn piece of paper". He's also said that things "would be a lot easier if this were a dictatorship, so long as I'm the dictator". Your acting President lied to congress and the American people in order to commit the war crime of invading a sovereign country. Your acting President has violated his oath of office and betrayed the public trust. He has gone to great lengths to destroy our people's government.

Don't let them Destroy Internet Radio

Competitive capitalism was showcased in the 1950's and 1960's pop music industry. There were many startup groups, studios and record companies. As a result, some of the best music in history was performed and recorded during that time.

Rock began as a protest against what was wrong with the status quo. This is largely why it became so popular. Gradually, however, the industry congealed and corporatized and its originally progressive ideas got watered down and subdued; and the original messages of Peace, Love and "Improve the World" gradually degraded into "In the End, It doesn't really Matter". This is because the message of corporate, monopolized art is inherently cynical and anti-people, and pro-oppression. The same pattern can be observed with Rap Music.

The Internet affords an opportunity to reverse this trend, unless the moneyed interests entrenched in organizations such as the RIAA and CRB succeed in monopolizing internet Radio the way they have devastated the recording and radio broadcast industries.
