DisHarmony
America's constitutional design calls for a balance of power: a system of checks and balances, where intelligent persons of enterprise thoughtfully manage the collective will of the people. Functioning properly, it is a system of theoretical harmony that is an ideal to be emulated by other nations the world over. This harmony is seriously out of whack today:
