• This is an executive power grab.
• Appeasing the executive branch is relinquishing congressional power.
  
• It sets a bad precedent. How will you feel if President Clinton or Obama does what these guys are doing?
  
• This is an upset in the checks and balances in our constitutional republic.
• Urge the congressman to honor your oath and preserve our republic.
