Bush/NSA wiretaps of U.S. citizens contravenes the founders' principle of separation of powers

After Watergate and the Church committee hearings, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court was established to re-affirm limits on Executive Power. That the current executive seems to be thumbing his nose at the idea is an egregious affront to the intended design of our government.
